Wyatt Solutions, Inc., founded on solid principles of ethics and sound business advice, is dedicated to providing independent staffing services with consultation, training and programs of uncompromised quality. 

  We are a consulting firm, that partners with a limited number of promising independent staffing services, who are seeking to increase dramatically their market share and value.  We are a business partner to our clients. Part of our operating philosophy is to ensure that our programs create maximum value, positive interest, reaction, and results, in each  partner's marketplace.   

  Wyatt Solutions works with only one service per market.* Clients will not see their new programs utilized by competitors.

  Founder, Karen A. Wyatt, opened Wyatt Solutions in 1994 and has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry - from actual field experience in sales, operations and management to owning her own business.  

  Under her leadership and direction, Temp Force, Atlanta, Georgia became one of the three largest (out of 500+) suppliers of staffing services in the Atlanta marketplace, maintaining between 2200 and 2500 Field Staff Employees working each week.

  Temp Force was selected to be the first North American acquisition and corporate headquarters for Randstad, N.A. Ms.  Wyatt proved herself a great motivator, manager, and coach, in one of the most rigorous and demanding markets in the United States. 

     She now shares this knowledge with her clients and students.  Wyatt Solutions not only provides the tools and training necessary to succeed and flourish in the staffing industry; they share accountability for the results--something you do not always get from a consulting firm.
