consulting sessions are pre-planned on-site or off-site visits
whereby you can gain the information you seek from an individual who has
extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
With our sales
needs assessment, we accompany your sales people and evaluate their individual and specific sales
experience, industry knowledge, presentation techniques, demeanor, and
overall abilities. We then make recommendations for a specific
sales program with each sales person or a program for the sales and/or
branch manager. We will then assist you in implementing and
monitoring these processes.
In addition
to these programs, we provide customized
consulting programs to
meet your individual and specific needs. There are no additional
telephone consultation charges for programs under agreement and
implementation.
